AJ Augur Group LLC is conducting a retained search for two Sales Manager roles within the flexible packaging industry. Both positions offer the opportunity to work with established manufacturers, drive growth in the U.S. market, and build long-term client relationships.
Position 1: Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging (BOPP/BOPET Films)
This role is with a well-established, publicly held plastic film manufacturer specializing in BOPP, BOPET, and vacuum metallized films. With a strong global presence, they are looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive U.S. market expansion and manage key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the flexible packaging industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in BOPP, BOPET, and metallized films.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide high-quality packaging solutions.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the flexible packaging industry.
- Strong professional network in flexible packaging, films, or printing.
- Proven track record of sales growth and new business development.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Willingness to travel in the U.S. (some international travel may be required).

Position 2: Sales Opportunity – Flexible Packaging for the Confectionery Industry
This position is with a privately held plastic film manufacturer and converter based in South America. They specialize in PVC and CPP films for the confectionery industry, serving brands like Ghirardelli and Smarties. With a strong U.S. presence and warehousing partnerships in place, they are looking to grow their market share with mid-sized confectionery companies.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Highly Competitive Base Salary – No traditional benefits, but compensation is adjusted accordingly.
- Lucrative Commission Structure – 5% of total sales, allowing top performers to earn well.
- All travel and office expenses covered.
