As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s U.S. presence and driving its sales success.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop short, mid, and long-term customer acquisition and development plans aligned with company strategy.
• Proactively identify and build relationships with target customers, addressing their needs and driving value.
• Lead business negotiations and oversee the full lifecycle of customer projects, ensuring satisfaction and success.
• Expand the company’s reach by establishing new partnerships and exploring innovative cooperation models.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful customer projects.
• Gather market intelligence to keep the business development strategy competitive and relevant.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree (preferred ).
• 4+ years of business development experience, with a proven track record in market expansion, cold calling, and customer prospecting.
• Experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or beauty packaging industries is a must.
• A strong ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and occasionally ambiguous environment.
• Exceptional business negotiation skills, coupled with a keen sense of customer service and business acumen.
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other office software.
• Background in the plastic container industry or B2B enterprise market expansion is a plus.
